SL101.PU pumping unit
This is a piston-type pumping unit designed to be used in SL101 series pumps. 1 pumping unit comes as standard with pump on purchase. Additional pumping unit should be purchased if desired to make 2 or 3 outlets. Safety valve kit is sold separately. Pumping unit is guaranteed up to 1000.000.
How to replace the pumping unit:
- Injector with low pressure is remoed by using 24 open-end wrench, please pay attention to piston not to remain in the pump.
- Pump is started and stopped where it is closest to eccentric slot.
- New pumping unit is inserted through the slot with 15-20 0 angle, piston head is passed thorugh the cam slot. It is screwed with 24 open-end wrench.
- Pump is started, if the mixer continues to circuit without straining, means sited correctly.
- You may need to wait 1-2 minutes to grab the oil and rach the regime. – If oil is still absent, 500 g of oil may need to be filled from filling lubricator located on the pump body to deflate.
